We,the Craptivate crew specialize in writing super-hilarious and highly sarcastic articles. It did not happen overnight or some did not plant that idea in our heads. It was a slow,gradual decision to come up with our own site. We drew inspiration from a lot of sources. And here is a list of 5 extremely funny sites which can “make your day” anyday.
5.The ONION :
The Onion is an American news satire organization. It is an entertainment newspaper and a website featuring satirical articles reporting on international, national, and local news, in addition to a non-satirical entertainment section known as The A.V. Club. It claims a national print circulation of 400,000 and says 61 percent of its web site readers are between 18 and 44 years old. Since 2007, the organization has been publishing satirical news audios and videos online, as the “Onion News Network”. Web traffic on theonion.com amounts to some 7.5 million unique visitors per month.
Break.com (formerly Big-boys.com) is a humor website founded in 1998 that features comedy videos, flash games, and pictures among other material. The web site’s target audience is men 18-35. As of July 2008, Break is one of the 300 most viewed sites in the world.
Fail Blog (typeset as FAIL Blog) is a comedic blog website created in January 2008. The site prominently features pictures and videos of someone (or something) failing at something they are supposed to do captioned with the words “fail“, “epic fail”, “X Fail”, “X; You’re doin’ it wrong” (X being the activity that the person failed at), “Things That are doing it”, “M thru F; fails in the workplace”, and “Probably Bad News”, although occasionally there are some cases of “wins”. The first “fail” was uploaded to the website on January 3, 2008. Since this date, the site has grown rapidly. Estimated 4,300,000 unique monthly visitors !
2. The Oatmeal :
The Oatmeal is a website created in 2009 by Matthew Inman, who lives in Seattle, Washington, United States. The website features comics drawn by Inman, and occasional articles as well. The Oatmeal gets more than four million unique visitors a month. But,Inman has been blogging for the past 14 years ! And yes,Inman has been a huge inspiration to the Craptivate crew. We have utmost respect for him and yes,his huge sense of humour is mindblowing !

This is probably Craptivate Crew’s Biggest source of inspiration !
The Cracked site is best known for its humorous lists and compilations.
The Cracked site also includes a blog, videos, forums, a writer’s workshop, a weekly Image Manipulation contest, called photoplasty, and a daily “Craptions” contest where users add captions to odd photographs. The site includes columns by Sean “Seanbaby” Reiley, Daniel O’Brien, Robert Brockway, Cody Johnston, Soren Bowie, Chris Bucholz, host and writer of the web series “Hate By Numbers” Gladstone, and head writer and performer of the sketch comedy group “Those Aren’t Muskets!” Michael Swaim.
